All items are handmade in small batches and processed by a single maker.

Processing Time
• Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days
• Processing may take up to 14 business days during busy periods, restocks, or high order volume
• Because each item is handmade, processing times are estimates and not guarantees.

About Delays
I am a disabled single mother and the sole operator of this shop, and my son is also considered a special needs child. While every effort is made to ship orders within the stated timeframe, there may be rare occasions where unavoidable life circumstances cause delays beyond the 14-business-day window.

If a Delay Occurs Beyond 14 Business Days
If an order is delayed past the 14-business-day processing period:
• You will be contacted promptly
• You will receive frequent status updates
• Shipping costs will be fully refunded
• Shipping will be upgraded
• You will be compensated for the delay (method determined at the seller’s discretion)

Shipping Method
• Orders are shipped via UPS Ground
• Processing time and shipping transit time are separate
• Once an order has been handed over to UPS, delivery timing, delays, and handling are outside of seller control.

Damages, Losses & Claims
• All shipments are insured
• In the event of damage, loss, or delivery delay caused by the carrier, a claim may be filed
• The seller will assist with the claims process as needed
• Please note that carrier-related delays or damages do not qualify as processing delays.
